Registration & Pay
All attendees must stay the full length of each class. Individuals who arrive late or leave early will not receive a certificate for the class. Registrants will need to check in with the registration staff, sign-in, and receive course materials, find a seat and perhaps browse through the REALTOR® store.

Attendance Regulations
Payment in full is required prior to the date of class. Register on-line or by phone, fax, or mail. Cash is accepted for walk-ins. On-site registrations risk attending a class that may have been cancelled due to lack of registrants. Each class must populate to 10 or more. It is best to call ahead. We cannot guarantee a space for walk-ins.

Certificates & Credit Records
Licensees are no longer required to submit the continuing education certificates with the renewal application, however the Maryland Real Estate commission does have the authority to audit the renewal application. If this occurs, certificates must be submitted to the commission. AACAR will provide each student with a certificate at the end of each class. It is the registrant's responsibility to maintain records of the courses they have attended. A duplicate will be issued at an additional fee.

Cancellations & Refunds
AACAR may cancel courses due to a lack of 10 individuals or more for each class. All persons registered will be contacted and given the option to transfer or receive a refund. Fees are non-refundable, but an alternate class can be selected with 48 hours notice.

Inclement Weather/Disabled
If the public schools and community college for Anne Arundel are closed, we will be closed too. If the public schools are delayed, all of our morning classes will be cancelled. Evening classes will follow the AACC policy. Please notify us at (410) 544-4554 if you require any special assistance to participate.
